Sub: PAN Nos. of entities debarred in the GHCL case

Further to SEBI order no. WTM/KMA/53/ISD/09 dated April 20, 2009 in the matter of GHCL Ltd, SEBI has now provided PAN nos. for debarred entities viz. Pashupatinath Commercial Pvt Ltd (PAN No. AAECP3237D), Ricklunsford Trade and Industrial Investment (PAN No. AACCR6006J), Sovereign Commercial Pvt Ltd (PAN No. AAKCS1827Q), Swastik Commercial Pvt Ltd (AAKCS1829A), World Growth Fund Ltd (PAN No. AAACW6130G), Sanjay Dalmia - Non Executive Chairman (PAN No. AADPD9438N), Ravi Shanker Jalan - Managing Director (PAN No. ABBPJ6847Q) and Bhuwneshwar Mishra - Company Secretary (PAN No. AIWPM9469M).
