Members are requested to refer to the Circular Ref. No. NSE/LIST/C/2010/1130 and Download Reference No. 16365 dated November 23, 2010 issued by the Exchange regarding face value split of Money Matters Financial Services Limited to be effective from December 24, 2010.

It is hereby informed that the company has now withdrawn the record date i.e. December 27, 2010 pursuant to the resolution passed by the Board of Directors of the Company.

In view of the above, it is hereby notified that the Circular Ref. No. NSE/LIST/C/2010/1130 and Download Reference No. 16365 dated November 23, 2010 stands cancelled.
