is further to our circular ref no: NSCC/CM/C&S/415 (download no. NSE/CMPT/11393)
dated September 30, 2008 regarding approved securities towards liquid assets in
Capital Market Segment and list of approved banks for issuance of Bank
Guarantees / Fixed Deposit Receipts in the Capital Market Segment.
The
revised list of approved securities as given in Annexure I, II & III and
the list of approved banks for issuance of Bank Guarantees/ Fixed Deposit
Receipts as given in Annexure IV for Capital Market Segment shall be effective
from November 03, 2008.
Haircut
for the securities in Annexure I & Annexure II would be equivalent to the
respective VaR of the security. The total number of
Approved Securities is 429 and the
total number of Approved Banks is 58.
