Clearing Corporation are required to comply with the said Circular and any
modifications thereto as may be issued by the Clearing Corporation from time to

Circular will be treated as breach of the Rules, Bye-Laws and Regulations of

is further to our circular ref no: NSCC/CM/C&S/427 (download no. NSE/CMPT/12818)
dated July 31, 2009 regarding approved securities towards liquid assets in
Capital Market Segment and list of approved banks for issuance of Bank
Guarantees / Fixed Deposit Receipts in the Capital Market Segment.
The
revised list of approved securities as given in Annexure I, II & III and
the list of approved banks for issuance of Bank Guarantees/ Fixed Deposit
Receipts as given in Annexure IV for Capital Market Segment shall be effective
from September 01, 2009.
Haircut
for the securities in Annexure I & Annexure II would be equivalent to the
respective VaR of the security. The total number of
Approved Securities is 443 and the
total number of Approved Banks is 58.
