This is further to our circular download reference no. NSE/CMPT/6653 dated September 16, 2005 regarding Discontinuation of Hand Delivery Bargains/Delivery Versus Payment (DVP). Trading Members and Custodians are requested to note the following international holidays on which custodial rejections indicated by rejection code ‘2’ would not attract margins and penalties.

 

  1. Wednesday, November 2, 2005
  2. Friday, November 4, 2005
  3. Thursday, November 24, 2005
  4. Monday, December 26, 2005

 

Please note that these holidays shall be applicable for the custodian confirmation day i.e T+1 day.

 

Further to Circular Ref No NSE/CMPT/6654 dated September 16, 2005 members are requested to ensure that the necessary compliance/ limits are adhered to while inputting transactions in IL segment in respect of scrips where RBI has stipulated collective limits for NRIs, FIIs, PIOs etc.
