Dear Members,

ADDITIONAL FACILITY ON HELPDESK

The Exchange vide Circular No.: NSE/CMO/024/2008 (Download No: NSE/CMTR/10657) offered single contact number for IT Helpdesk for members ie. 022 26567500 (15 lines).

Currently, Helpdesk handles IT related queries only. For the convenience of the members, the services offered through Helpdesk are being further enhanced for trade related enquiries for both CM & F&O segments.

Now the Helpdesk would be able to support calls related to following areas also:

• Information on reports provided by trading department. Information includes report format, timing of reports, report frequency, mode, related circular etc.
• Trading compliance related to Bulk & Block trading, Margin trading and client funding.

All other trade related enquiries would continue to be resolved by the respective departments as per current practice.

The new facility will be available from, July 21, 2008.
