SUB.: Suspension of Membership

This is further to our Circular No.  NSE/COMP/2010/049 (Download No: NSE/COMP/14425) dated March 26, 2010, regarding the suspension of membership of M Ashok Mootha (INB230138915).

Pursuant to the order passed by the Madras High Court, in the writ petition filed by the trading member M Ashok Mootha, granting interim stay of order dated March 08, 2010 issued by the SEBI & the consequential communication of the Exchange, it may be noted that the contents of the aforementioned circular are not being effected until further notice.

Members are advised to take note of the above and comply with the same.
