Sub: Extension of time for Submission of Annual Returns

for the Financial Year 2009-10

This has reference to our Circular No.53 Ref. NSE/COMP/14940 dated June 7, 2010 regarding submission of Annual Returns for the year 2009-2010.

The last date for submission of Annual Returns for the financial year 2009-10 is extended upto 31^st October 2010. Accordingly, all members who have not made submission are required to ensure that they submit complete documents in the prescribed formats, as applicable, on or before 31^st October 2010 in order to avoid any late / non-submission charges as mentioned below: 

§ ` 100/- per day of delay from 1^st November 2010 upto 30^th November 2010.

§ ` 200/- per day of delay from 1^st December 2010 upto 31^st December 2010.

§ ` 300/- per day of delay from 1^st January 2011 till January 31, 2011 and thereafter the matter shall be placed before relevant authority for appropriate decision.
