Subject: Change in the Constituents of Indices

Members are requested to refer to the press release issued by IISL dated October 13, 2008 in respect of change in the constituents of Nifty Midcap 50 index (NFTYMCAP50) on account of exclusion of Futures and Options contracts of Shree Cements Ltd w.e.f. November 28, 2008.

Details of the changes are as follows:
