Subject: Change in the Constituents of Indices
In partial modification to circular NSE/F&O/136/2008 dated December 17, 2008, members are requested to refer to the press release issued by IISL dated December 16, 2008 in respect of change in the constituents of CNX Nifty Junior (JUNIOR) and CNX 100 (CNX100) on account of Scheme of Arrangement between Cadila Healthcare Limited ("Cadila"), Carnation Nutra - Analogue Foods Limited ("Carnation") and Zydus Hospitals and Medical Research Private Limited ("ZHMRPL"), resulting in the demerger of Consumer Product Division (CPD) of Cadila & Amalgamation of Zydus Hospital and Medical Research Private Limited with Cadila Healthcare Limited w.e.f. December 29, 2008.
