IMPORTANT CIRCULAR

Sub: Live Trading from Chennai Site on Saturday the March 22, 2003

 

As an Addendum to circular No. NSE/F&O/00013/2003 dated March 19, 2003, with respect to the live trading from Chennai BCP site on Saturday, March 22, 2003, the members are requested to note the following important points:

 

1.      GTC/GTD orders as at the end of Friday, March 21, 2003, placed earlier in the system, will be valid for Saturday, March 22, 2003, since it is a trading day.

 

  1. Extranet facility will not be available from 23:30 hrs on Friday, March 21, 2003 to 20:30 hrs on Saturday, March 22, 2003. The Extranet access from Internet will be available for the members only in download mode. The trade reports for Saturday, March 22, 2003 on the extranet, can be accessed using internet based Extranet access till such time as the Extranet facility is not available on Saturday (20:30 hrs).

 

  1. Interactive reports from the trader work station (TWS) for the trades done on March 21, 2003 will be available till 20:00 hrs. on Friday, March 21, 2003 and for the trades done on March 22, 2003 will be available till 20:00 hrs. on Saturday, March 22, 2003. Members are advised to take download of the reports within the prescribed time.

 

4.      Facility to re-login to the trading system to check the connectivity will be available on Sunday, March 23, 2003 from 10:00 Hrs to 11:00 Hrs. Members are advised to login to the trading system during this period to check the connectivity.

 

  1. Any further announcement, with respect to trading on March 22, 2003, if any shall be available on the website www.nseindia.com.
