Dear Members,

Sub: SEBI (consent) orders in the matter of investigation into Initial Public Offerings (IPOs).

SEBI has disposed of directions given vide its ex parte ad interim order no.WTM/GA/60/ISD/04/06 dated April 27, 2006 in favour of following entities and passed consent orders dated July 22, 2008 to the extent that such directions are in the matter of investigations in IPO irregularities

1. L. L. Phulwani-HUF
2. Mr. Laxminarain L Phulwani
3. Mrs. Meenakshi L. Phulwani
4. Himanshu P. Choliya

The above said directions shall come into force with immediate effect. The detailed order is available

on SEBI website (http://www.sebi.gov.in). Members are advised to take note of the above. Details of clients against whom SEBI orders were passed are available at http://www.nseindia.com under ‘Regulatory Actions’.
