Dear Members,

Sub: SEBI order in respect of M/S. Mackertich Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. in the matter of DSQ Biotech Ltd.

Further to SEBI order no. WTM/PS/45/IVD/ID-03/MAR/2010 dated March 03, 2010, SEBI now vide its order no. WTM/PS/54/IVD/ID-3/MAR/2010 dated March 11, 2010 has ordered in partial modification of the said order, that the effective date of the order will be March 05, 2010. Also, as per the order, respective trading members dealing for the client M/S. Mackertich Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd (PAN : AABCM5680Q) are permitted to square off its existing open positions, if any, at the earliest in the F&O segment. This corrigendum shall come into force with immediate effect.
