Dear Members,

Sub: SEBI order in respect of Shri Gautam S. Vaghasiya in the matter of Kosian Industries Limited.

SEBI vide its order no. WTM/PS/ID2/49/MAR/10 dated March 11, 2010 has restrained Shri Gautam S. Vaghasiya from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly, for a period of 6 months from the date of the order. This order shall come into force with immediate effect.
