SEBI vide its ad interim, ex-parte order no. WTM/KMA/ISD/ 239/03/2010 dated March 12, 2010 has issued the following directions:

 

  1. The company, Jaybharat Textile and Real Estate Ltd .(PAN :  AAACJ5959L)  is restrained from accessing the securities market and further prohibited from buying, selling or dealing in shares directly or indirectly in any manner whatsoever, till further orders.
