Sub: PAN for entities debarred in the matter of Promact Plastics Limited

Further to NSE circular no. NSE/INVG/16387 dated November 24, 2010 referring to SEBI consent order no. PPL/SKS/AO/03/2010 and PPL/SKS/AO/04/2010 dated November 23, 2010 in the matter of Promact Plastics Limited, SEBI now vide its email dated December 10, 2010 has provided PANs for Babubhai Patel- (ABHPP6987B) and Vishnubhai Patel (ABKPP0621P).
