Queries relating to unable to access their account or get user id:

• Some candidates will have written their names in a different order while registering.In case they are not able to login or if the message "Incorrect details" is displayed, please find out the order in which the name was written while registering with NCFM. Please call our offices (Monday to Friday - 9:30 TO 6:00 P.M.).



• User and password is case sensitive.



• After login the screen does not change or stays on the same screen.The browser settings have to be modified. Please go to drop down menu Tools>>> select Internet Options>>>




The screen will appear as below:-



Click on Advanced tab the following window will appear. Please uncheck/ de-select the box, and select O.K.



Change the slider to the lowest setting as shown in the figure given below and select "Apply".



Also un-check/de-select the box of Block Pop-ups and select "Apply", after all the settings are done.



Then restart the Internet Explorer for settings to take place.
