Access/use/download of research-oriented data is restricted to individuals from accredited academic institutions, recognized research organizations and think tanks. In the event, NSE requires execution of a binding Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) between researcher, researcher’s parent institution and NSE, the same shall be executed, duly by the researcher and/or researcher’s parent institution in the form as maybe stipulated by NSE.
