The objective of the NIFTY Midcap 100 Index is to capture the movement and be a benchmark of the midcap segment of the market
Market Representation
- The NIFTY Midcap 100 Index represents about 9.9% of the market capitalization of the stocks listed on NSE as on March 29, 2019.
- The total traded value for the last six months ending March 2019, of all index constituents is approximately 18.4% of the traded value of all stocks on NSE.
