Trading Members desirous of changing the control are requested to refer Circular No. 71, Download Reference No. NSE/COMP/49213dated August 06, 2021and Circular No. 86, Download Reference No. NSE/COMP/54665 dated December 01, 2022, issued in this regard and submit the application to the Exchange for approval. A processing fee of Rs. 5 lakhs + applicable taxes would be payable for processing of the change in control application.
This process involves the following 3 stages:
Stage I- NOC from Exchange and prior approval from SEBI
Stage II- SEBI Registration pursuant to change in control
Stage III- Enablement, if there is change in name/PAN of the Trading Member
In case of any change in control, the Trading Members need to submit an application to the Exchange along with these set of documents.
