Status Reports

Vide Circular No. 69/2024, Download Reference No. NSE/COMP/64140 dated September 25, 2024, all the Trading Members were informed the functionality to request the status report shall be available in new ENIT w.e.f September 26, 2024.

In this regard, members are requested to note the following procedure:

• The member needs to login through ENIT - https://enit.nseindia.com/MemberPortal/ with correct member credentials.
• Kindly use the following path to submit a request for status report :

ENIT-COMPLIANCE-NEW > Compliance > Status Report. The detailed user manual for submitting the request has been enumerated in Annexure A of the above circular.

• On submission of the request through ENIT, a unique Request Reference No. will be generated which has to be used for future correspondence (will also be displayed in Login> ENIT-COMPLIANCE-NEW > Compliance > Status Report > View).
• Once the status report is processed by the Exchange, an email intimation shall be sent to the Compliance Officer and the report shall be available under ENIT-Compliance-New > Compliance > Status reports > View.
• The Member would have to make available in its Exchange Dues Account an amount of Rs 1,180/- (including GST @18%) for every status report request.
• The Member’s Exchange Dues Account would be debited on the last day of the month and the invoice shall be available at ENIT - New - Compliance > Utilities > Log > Downloads.
