  1. Revision in content of Commercial Banking in India: A Beginners Module  and Treasury Management Module w.e.f January 29, 2021.
  2. With effect from January 29, 2021 the examination for Commercial Banking in India: A Beginners Module  and Treasury Management Module will be conducted as per the revised content.

With respect to the extension of lockdown in various states and the measures of Government of India, for prevention and containment of COVID-19, the following is implemented with immediate effect:

The NCFM tests across all test centers in India stands cancelled till test date 10-May-2020. Candidates may re-schedule his/her test(s) till test date 31-July-2020. This will be subject to only one re-schedule request and availability of seats at test centers.

Our NCFM Helpdesk number shall not be operational till 03-May-2020 and for any queries or assistance you may write to us on email ID: ncfm@nse.co.in. Payment failures and re-schedule queries shall be replied post 03-May-2020 upon reconciliation of payments and updates on seats availability from test centers, respectively.

We are constantly monitoring the situation and may extend the dates if required. You are requested to kindly check our website regularly for updates. Be safe and healthy.

This will be subject to only one re-schedule request and availability of seats at test centers. Our NCFM online portal shall be available 24x7 and candidates may check the availability for enrollments on future test date(s). Please note our NCFM Helpdesk number shall not be operational till 14-Apr-2020 and for any queries or assistance you may write to us on email ID: ncfm@nse.co.in. The following NCFM modules are being discontinued with effect from July 15, 2018:-

  1. Corporate Governance Module
  2. Compliance Officers (Brokers) Module
  3. Compliance Officers (Corporates) Module
  4. Information Security Auditors Module (Part -1)
  5. Information Security Auditors Module (Part -2)
  6. NSE's Capital Market Aptitude Test
  1. The validity of the NCFM test fees is revised from 180 days to 90 days from the date of receipt of payment with effect from July 1, 2018 i.e. payment received on or after 01-Jul-2018 shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Candidates need to enroll for the NCFM test within 90 days from the date of receipt of payment failing which he/she is required to enroll himself/herself again by paying the fees afresh at the prevailing fee structure.
  2. This revision is not applicable to the candidates who have made payment for NCFM Test on or before June 30, 2018. Candidates who have made payment on or before June 30, 2018 shall be eligible to enroll for the respective NCFM test(s) within a period of 180 days from the date of receipt of payment.
  1. As per the press release dated 28th August, 2017, the Index value of NIFTY 50 Stock has been changed from the 51 Stock to 50 Stock.
  2. We have make the necessary changes in the NCFM: Financial Markets: A Beginner's Module Workbook.


So the Index value of NIFTY 50 Stock has been changed from the 51 Stock to 50 Stock.

  1. Revision in syllabus of Banking Sector Module certification w.e.f. 12th April 2018.
  2. With effect from 12th April 2018, examination for Banking Sector Module will be conducted as per the revised syllabus.
